Jag har bestämt mig för att börja blogga lite smått igen, jag kör helt utan reklam från adsense. Reklamen gör bara att man blir pushad till att försöka skriva regelbundna inlägg, vilket i mitt fall gjort att kvalitén på inläggen sjunker.
Rent ekonomiskt har jag gått back sedan jag sist skrev. Min totala förmögenhet ligger precis över 100 000 kr. Mina aktieinvesteringar har alltså tappat en del i värde. Men jag känner mig inte direkt ensam som en som torskat pengar på börsen senaste tiden. Totalt sett har 2007 vart ett bra år och jag har krossat index. Första halvåret steg portföljen mycket mycket kraftigt för att nu falla tillbaka ganska kraftigt.
Jag kommer 2008 att börja handla med Nordnet Kapitalförsäkring (har speciella förmåner då mamma jobbar på nordne). Tidigare använde jag Aktiedirekt och där fanns inga förmåner. Jag har valt att använda KF då jag tror att jag kan få en ganska bra avkastning 2008. För att jag inte ska förlora på att ha KF krävs det att jag har en avkastning som är bättre än 3 %.
Jag lägger numera mindre tid på att sitta och bara uppdatera kurserna och har istället börjat läsa en hel del böcker. Har satt som nyårslöfte att läsa 2 böcker i veckan. Det är ungefär det jag gör just nu. I början lånade jag mycket böcker på bibliotek men för att få de böcker jag verkligen vill läsa har jag börjat köpa från bokus.com

Har ni förslag på andra intressanta böcker så tar jag gärna emot förslag! Har gjort en inköpslista på bokus som just nu innehåller 46 st böcker. Dock finns det några enstaka böcker som inte behandlar ämnet ekonomi.
Jag har också blivit mycket mycket intresserad av att investera i fastigheter. Dock har jag inte undersökt vilka möjligheterna är i Sverige. Eftersom de böcker jag läser mest handlar om regler och affärer från andra sidan Atlanten så är det förmodligen där jag kommer inrikta mig på. Ganska stort beslut kanske. Men målet är att försöka bygga upp ett företag som klarar sig utan att jag behöver närvara. Detta kommer självklart kräva mycket energi för att starta upp företaget och jag kommer säkerligen behöva närvara på plats en ganska lång tid innan företaget blir självgående.
